I am an Assistant Professor of Identity Politics at Sacramento State University.
I conduct research in contemporary political theory, examining the ways political culture and formal institutions shape lived experiences of disability, gender, race, and class.
I previously taught courses at Mount Holyoke College and the University of Colorado Boulder. I graduated with my PhD from CU Boulder in 2020, a Master's from the University of Georgia in 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of South Florida in 2011.
